Set any sat-nav devices to SO14 3TL. Parking is included for every attendee. The hotel is easily accessed from both the nearby M27 and M3 motorways.

Southampton train station is a 10 minute drive, and Southampton Airport is 20 minutes away. Bournemouth Airport is also an option at 60 minutes away.

Trains to/from London to Southampton Central run every half hour from London Waterloo, and take about 90 minutes.


Who runs ZAPD


The ZAPD conference is the brainchild of Kristy Davies-Sumpter of Zest Consultancy and Nicky Rudd from Padua Communications.

Together, the two businesswomen have developed and run a series of training sessions for the Chartered Institute of Marketing focused on customer experience and content. Feedback from the courses has been extremely positive, but the sessions were only a snapshot of the customer journey.

Kristy and Nicky decided it would be good to do a whole day of inspiring, in-depth talks that covered both sales and marketing, rather than splitting the topics up. So ZAPD was born.
